BonziWORLD is now in maintenance mode
BonziWORLD will no longer get any feature updates and the forum will be archived. Please go to bonziworld.eu as that site is still getting actively updated. This site will stay up for the sake of preservation and as a backup when .eu has downtime.
Why?
I've added almost everything I wanted to to BonziWORLD. Unfortunatly this lack of updates led people to get bored and left the default room usually looking like a wasteland (for some reason, the original bonziworld.com was thriving for years without any updates.)
I did actually want to add farming here, where you'd have a farm and you'd plant crops and could craft stuff, including hats (think hayday if you've played that.) But by the time I'd be done with all that people would've longed moved to the eu anyway.
Will the source code be available?
Here it is. There's no instructions on setting it up so good luck. Note that the codebase wasn't designed to be open source so its a bitch to work with (eg adding new colors/hats needs you to update a bunch of unrelated files.)
Will there be any more updates?
There's still some bugs I gotta fix; the vaporwave theme's broken and the import button on settings doesn't work. They're a super small priority but I'll get around to it. If any serious bugs pop up I'll fix those.
